This season's RBS Six Nations Championship kicks off on Saturday with current champions Ireland at home to Italy. Later that day England start their campaign at home to 2008 champions Wales, whist Scotland and France go head to head at Murrayfield on Sunday. It will be Andy Robinson's first Six Nations in charge of Scotland and he picked his first team yesterday which saw Chris Paterson recalled at full back winning his 99th cap. The Evans brothers - Tom and Max - are reunited in the back division, while Phil Godman gets the nod at fly-half.
There is no place in the match-day 22 for Edinburgh centre Ben Cairns, who made his debut in the 9-6 defeat by Argentina in November, but promising 20-year-old Glasgow forward Richie Gray has made it to the bench and could win his first cap.
On his first Six Nations selection, Scoland Coach Andy Robinson said: "There has been improved competition for places since the Autumn Tests and selection has been based both on achievements within the autumn matches and on current form".
