James McLaren |

McLaren, who won 30 caps for Scotland between 1999 and 2003, was a key member of the Bone Steelers squad in 2004, when they advanced to the International Invitation Plate semi-final and then again in 2007 when they reached the Trophy quarter-final of the same competition. |

Former Edinburgh Reivers and Watsonians prop Ross McNulty was selected for the Bone Steelers for the first time in 2009. |

Gregor Townsend |

| The former Scotland stand-off and current Scotland Attack Coach played for the Steelers back in 2005 when they sensationally lifted the International Invitation plate. Townsend represented both Scotland and the British and Irish Lions winning 82 caps for Scotland and 2 for the Lions predominantly as fly-half. Gregor Townsend said: “I’m really excited about representing the Bone Steelers again at this year’s Dubai Sevens. The opportunity to play with some of my former team-mates in what is one of the best Sevens events in the world was too good to turn down." |

Graham Steadman |
|
| The former Great Britain Rugby League international played for and coached Castleford. He also acted as Assistant Coach for the Great Britain Rugby League Team, before joining Munster as their Defence Coach in 2004. He was appointed the Ireland Defence Coach in September 2005 and then took up the same position with Scotland in 2008. |
