Andy Nicol - Manager

Andy Nicol successfully managed the Bone Steelers at the Dubai Sevens from 2004 until 2006, during which time the team won the International Invitation Plate in 2005 and reached the Plate Final in 2004 and the Trophy Quarter Final in 2006.

As a former scrum-half, the highlights of Andy’s career were Captaining Scotland to a famous Calcutta Cup victory over England at Murrayfield in 2000 and becoming the first British player to lift the Heineken Cup as Captain of Bath.
